Hi, I’m Erica. I deeply care about human beings. We all get one life to live and we all deserve to live it with love, joy, peace and happiness.

I’ve been spending One on One quality time with our vulnerable community since I was 5 years old. My dad was a chef in a nursing home and my mum was a nurse. They took my sister and I into work when we were little, and my earliest memories are with Matilda and Jocelyn, 2 residents at dads work.

While completing my Masters in International Relations I started my own business, running recreational activities in Aged Care homes across Victoria. Now, 10 years since starting my business, I’m now serving NDIS participants and helping them enjoy every single day.

Below is my friend Sue and my 2 daughters, Jazzy & Emerald. I feel I am replicating my childhood. Leading by example for my children: Kindness, Helpfulness, Caring & Joyful.

My mission has always been to bring love, joy and happiness to the people we serve. And it truly warms my heart to see this.
